
Returns Policy for Online Purchasing
WARRANTY DETAILS
Product warranty is for a three month period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers production faults including chain breakages, faulty clasps, and other such production faults. The warranty does not extend to cover mistreatment or general wear and tear.
- Wear and Tear: Scratches on metal, and/or metal plating disappearing or changing. Loss of stones and other components.
- Mistreatment: Broken and/or chipped stones, pendants or rings caused by the jewellery being
dropped or knocked.

RETURNS POLICY
All De La KaJ items are designed and made to the highest quality and packaged with care. However, in the unlikely instance that your purchase is faulty or damaged in some way please contact the store and we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a prompt and timely manner.
* Please note, we do not accept any returns on change of mind purchases.
** Please note that any returned goods are the responsibility of the sender until they arrive at De La Kaj.
